RESTAURANT
Cafe Indochine - Where better to capture
the colonial flavour of the old Indochine than the Furama's
signature restaurant of the same name. Here rattan furniture,
tropical banana trees, old colonial photographs and
memorabilia on the walls conjure the magic nostalgia
of a bygone era. While ceiling fans whir overhead and
the sea breeze blows gently through French windows,
guests can enjoy an exotic mixture of Vietnamese, Chinese,
Malay, Thai, Indian, Indonesian as well as international
favourites served by service personnel in ethnic costumes.
Open show kitchens also feature tandoori ovens where
chefs prepare freshly baked naan and delicious meat
and seafood specialties while an open barbecues offers
the freshest seafood and other delicacies grilled to
perfection. In all, a heady cocktail of tastes and aromas
and the very best from East and West.
The
Ocean Terrace - Overlooking the white sands
China Beach, the Ocean Terrace is a peaceful, pool-side
setting for al fresco dining. A Mediterranean inspired
menu offers garden fresh salads, Italian appetizers
pastas and crisp pizzas and Italian breads baked in
wood-fired pizza ovens. Also available is a fine selection
of Italian wines and Grappas.
Hai
Van Lounge - Cane chairs and carved Vietnamese
furniture create a cool, colonial-style setting for
cocktails light snacks. An excellent pianist entertains
each evening.

Lagoon Bar - Located alongside the Lagoon Pool,
the Lagoon Bar offers a colorful array of cocktails,
long drinks and a menu of light and delicious international
snacks throughout the day.
